Driver / policyholder mobility

CVS will ensure you are constantly kept on the move by providing replacement vehicles when & where you need them most. The vehicles will be arranged within agreed protocols set up during account implementation and can be either:

  • Courtesy cars provided for duration of repair
  • In fault cases competitively priced hire vehicles using CVS rental partners
  • If CVS considers an incident to be non-fault, subject to customer’s agreement, we will arrange for drivers to have an appropriate replacement hire vehicle supplied at an agreed location / time at no charge to the customer. The vehicles will be supplied for the duration of the repair or until such time as a vehicle is deemed a total loss
