Our repairers have a combination of insurance company or motor manufacturer approvals and have either obtained or are working towards BSi Kitemark PAS 125. Repairers are regularly audited against our strict quality controls and are constantly monitored and measured against a number of criteria

By utilising CVS’s intelligent ‘task driven’ IT system we proactively identify on a case by case, day by day basis which repairs are within service level and those that are due to fall outside and take appropriate action
