Vehicle recovery

CVS’s extensive network of independent vehicle recovery specialists will deploy an agent who will aim to be with you in under 60 minutes.

• During business hours we will recover your vehicle to an approved repairer and seek to provide a replacement vehicle according to your specific requirements to keep you on the move.
• Out of business hours we will take you to a place of safety (home, hotel or nearest railway or bus station) and recover your vehicle to safe storage. Your dedicated incident manager will contact you immediately the next working day to take care of your requirements and liaise with the storage agent to allocate your vehicle to an approved repairer.
