Why does CVS collect and store your personal data?
CVS provides claims handling services in connection with insurance related claims. CVS is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
As part of our business, we retain and process personal data to enable us to provide claims advice. Personal data is provided to us by various routes: for example, data sent to us by insurers about their customers and others, data provided to us by other third parties and data sent to us direct.

If we do so it will only be done it is comptatilbe with your original concept you gave us an in order to progress your claim more efficiently. We may process data through various validation and counter fraud-databases to help us check information provided and assist in the prevention and detection of crime.
